Dr. Khachemoune obtained his Doctorate in Medicine with distinction from the National Institute for Medical Sciences in Constantine, Algeria. He pursued extensive postgraduate training in dermatology, dermatopathology, and Mohs surgery at prestigious institutions, including:

• Residency in Dermatology & Venereology – Lille University Hospital, France

• Fellowships in Dermatopathology, Wound Healing, Photomedicine, and Mohs Micrographic Surgery – Georgetown University, Harvard Medical School, Boston University, and SUNY Downstate
